We have received many requests for wide calf sizes. Unfortunately, we currently do not carry wide calf sizes. Please refer to our size chart to see if any of our products may be suitable for your size. In the meantime, rest assured that we are working on it!

We offer free shipping for US orders over $50 USD and $135 CAD for Canadian orders . Orders under $50 USD are dependent on the carrier and service you choose.

We are only shipping to United States and Canada at this time.

Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if your shipping address needs to be amended! Once the order has shipped, it will be difficult for us to assist in making changes and you may need to reach out to the carrier. 

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier.

Duties and taxes will be charged according to your location. Your local sales tax will apply. 

We ship out your orders from our distribution center in New Jersey.

We offer free exchanges within 30 days from the date of when you receive your order. All exchanges must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Email us at returns@drmotionsocks.com with the following information:

We will ship you your new styles free of cost!

If you are unhappy with your product, you can return it 30 days from when you receive the product. To start the return process, you simply need to log in to your account and select the order and product from which you would like to return.

We unfortunately don’t offer free returns at this time unless your product has been damaged or is faulty. All returns will be processed with a flat handling fee of $5 (which includes shipping). Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect it and update you on the status of your return.

For self-service returns, please log in to your account and follow the options provided there.

Once we receive your refund, we will inspect your return and advise you on the status of your return via email. Once your return, your refund will be issued within 2-5 days

Machine wash cold with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low or hang dry.

We collaborate closely with overseas manufactures to produce all of our products. We visit the manufacturing facilities annually to ensure the quality of our products and compliance of these manufacturers to labor laws.

Graduated, or gradient, compression socks are tighter at the ankle (more compression) and slightly decrease in tightness moving up to the knee (less compression). This promotes blood flow up the leg. By compressing the surface veins, arteries, and muscles, they push circulating blood through narrower channels resulting in better circulation and various health benefits.

All of our Dr. Motion Everyday knee-high compression socks are mild compression, 8-15mmHg.

Our Dr. Motion Sports knee-high compression socks or compression calf sleeves are moderate compression, 15-20mmHg.

The majority of our products are a blend of microfiber nylon or cotton. All polyester that we use is specially treated or has specific technical properties to maximize our products' wellness benefits.

We created our knee-high compression socks for women and men to feature a mild compression level of 8-15mmHg which make them extremely comfortable to wear all day, every day. They are perfect for nurses, expecting mothers, teachers, travelers, athletes, service industry professionals, adventurers, those who sit all day, those who stand all day, etc. Basically, it’s great for everyone. 

While our products are registered with the FDA (which does not indicate endorsement/approval of the product), they do not qualify as medical products because they are below the 25mmHg level.
