Compression Socks for Men & Women

Most of our knee-highs use Everyday Compression™, a mild 8–15 mmHg graduated level that's comfortable all day. Our Moderate Compression knee-highs, sports knee-highs and calf sleeves offer a firmer 15–20 mmHg, and our tights range from 18 mmHg at the ankle to 5 mmHg at the thigh. Ankle, quarter, crew and liner styles use a 360° compression body and arch band focused on the foot. Each product page lists its support level.

Graduated compression is snuggest at the ankle and gradually eases up the leg toward the knee. That gentle gradient helps keep blood flowing back toward the heart, which can reduce swelling and keep legs feeling fresh, especially on days spent sitting or standing for long stretches.

Everyday Compression™ suits anyone who spends long hours on their feet or sitting: nurses, teachers, retail and office workers, travelers, parents-to-be and active people. Most Dr. Motion socks are one-size-fits-most, made with stretch yarn to fit a range of feet and legs. Women's knee-highs fit women's shoe sizes 4–10 and calves 11.5"–18.5", and Wide Calf styles fit calves up to 22". Men's knee-highs fit men's shoe sizes 7–12 and calves 12"–19". U.S. orders of $50 or more (after discounts) ship free, and Canadian orders of CA$135 or more get free economy shipping. Orders leave our New Jersey warehouse within 1–4 business days, and U.S. deliveries usually arrive 3–8 business days after that. Exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery.
